Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, raking and collecting refuse, repairing and maintaining equipment, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
  • Rake and collect refuse to ensure a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure the grounds are well-maintained.
  • Remove trees and other vegetation as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of environments, including urban and rural areas. The work will involve working at heights, in wet/damp conditions, and in noisy environments.
