MODU CLUB is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting excellence in sports. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our competitive badminton programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training sessions, developing competitive schedules, and motivating athletes to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for competitive badminton teams
    • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for team events and competitions
  • Training and Development
    • Design and deliver high-intensity training sessions to improve athlete performance
    • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate athletes to achieve their best in competitive events
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
  • Communication and Administration
    • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and team officials
    • Manage team records, statistics, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in competitive badminton coaching
  • Skills
    • Excellent coaching and leadership skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
