MODU CLUB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage competitive badminton programs
- Develop and implement training and practice sessions to enhance athlete performance
- Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games
- Analyze and evaluate athlete performance to identify areas for improvement
- Recruit and select talented athletes to participate in our programs
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in badminton coaching or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of badminton techniques and strategies
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
