We offer a competitive salary of £63,000 – £94,000, plus car or car allowance, performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family. Our Flexible First approach allows you to work from home or one of our offices around Scotland.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline and a proven track record in design/engineering management of large capital infrastructure projects. They will also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, as well as a working level understanding of electricity networks and industry regulations.
Your Responsibilities
As a Transmission Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for presiding over technical governance, managing safety and technical risks, and leading a multidisciplinary team of staff engineers and specialist consultants. You will also implement robust stakeholder management plans to ensure effective communication and reporting.
