About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Brick and Stone Mason to join our team at S.E.S. ENTERPRISES INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for laying bricks, stone, and other masonry units to build residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and structural tiles to provide a strong foundation for buildings.
  • Lay bricks and stone to create a durable and aesthetically pleasing exterior finish.
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units to meet project requirements.
  • Build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations to enhance the beauty of our constructions.
  • Read blueprints and calculate materials required to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages to complete tasks safely and effectively.
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools.
  • Lay bricks or other masonry units to build chimneys and fireplaces.
  • Restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures to maintain their integrity and appearance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Reliability and accuracy in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
