Kitchen Supervisor

The Longhorn Saloon is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking meals, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff. Key responsibilities include ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals as instructed by the dietitian or chef
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
- 1-6 months of experience in a commercial kitchen
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Organized and team-oriented individual
Working Conditions:
- Restaurant and bar environment
- 30-40 hours per week
