Kitchen Supervisor

The Longhorn Saloon is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef. You will also train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. If you are a team player with excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

- Clean kitchen and work areas
