About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to join our team at The Cars Near Cost Company. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our commercial building remains clean and safe for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to keep our facilities looking their best.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure our facilities are spotless.
Work Environment

As a Floor Care Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform your duties. You will also be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a commercial building environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
  • Dependability and reliability.
