About the Role

Centrix Control Solutions LP has an immediate opening for a Product Sales Representative based in our Edmonton office. The position works collaboratively with Outside Sales and other team members to grow product sales by providing customers with product information, price quotes, processing, and completing orders efficiently. This role will support our customer base in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customers' orders and quotes by offering technical guidance and sourcing the best solution for their requirements.
  • Prepare quotations or bids from customer-provided specifications to include sizing, trim selection, model, controls, etc.
  • Troubleshoot customer complaints and problems with orders to ensure internal compliance with company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Specify and sell units and parts.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • Computer skills; ability to retrieve and enter data, use Microsoft Office suite.
