Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Technician to join our team at Langdon Retirement Villa Incorporated. As a key member of our laundry operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of dry cleaning and laundry services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers, and blow-drying machines to clean and finish garments.
  • Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to achieve optimal cleaning results.
  • Operate finishing equipment such as steam pressers and use hand irons to finish pants, jackets, shirts, skirts, and other dry cleaned and laundered articles.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in dry cleaning or a related field.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in a hospital/health institution laundry setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess good judgement.
