Job Title: Maintenance Worker - Building Services

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker - Building Services to join our team at Travel Inn. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment.
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and bending.
