Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of our commercial glazing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage project progress, adapting work as required to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations, safeguarding employees and clients alike.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success and optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and change orders, ensuring fiscal responsibility and prudence.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial glazing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects with successful outcomes, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience working with collaborative platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
