Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that team members are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in transportation and logistics.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
