Job Summary

At Swift Connect INC, we are seeking a skilled Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and experience in managing farm equipment, staff, and overall farm operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair farm machinery, equipment, and buildings to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Supervise and manage farm staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
