Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Evaluate departmental performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve strategic objectives
  • Direct and advise staff in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
