About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Relay. As a key member of our Product Team, you will be responsible for shaping our small business banking platform and working closely with our designers and engineers to ideate, design, and deliver exceptional product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and scope the highest priority issues to tackle, leveraging data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Foster strong collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Establish clear success metrics and use them to guide product development, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features, driving business impact and customer delight.
  • Provide feedback on design and user experience, ensuring every product is a delightful experience for our users.
  • Own a roadmap with your team of engineers, ensuring successful delivery against goals and a high bar for product delivery.
  • Elevate the Product Management practice at Relay, building an inclusive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, with a strong bias to action and a history of excellence and impact.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring clarity in ambiguous or uncertain environments.
  • Experience working in financial products and services, with a deep understanding of small businesses and their owners/operators.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a strong preference for Toronto, the GTA, or relocation.
  • Maker and builder mindset, with a passion for creating products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
