Position Responsibilities:

• Participating in the development of and ensuring compliance with corporate and site-specific standard operating policies, procedures, and other operational foundations required in the provision of Food Services, housekeeping, and laundry services.
• Participating in the management of assigned staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Developing action plans in consultation with the Site Director, the Senior Leadership team, and other stakeholders.
• Performing and/or delegating ordering, receiving, and related procurement tasks ensuring compliant application of procedures and policies.
• Establishing and maintaining inventory supply levels utilizing methods that minimize spoilage, loss, and waste.
• Responsible for the management and supervision of all the employees in the department, including training and development opportunities.
• Planning and delivering seasonal menus that are compliant with all related regulations, fit the residents' nutritional and therapeutic needs, and meet the organizations and residents' expectations.
• Providing support to staff that may be operating departmental equipment.
