About the Digital Experience Solution Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Solution Consultant to drive initial solution architecture and be a trusted client advisor. As a key member of our team, you will ensure consistent delivery for clients in the Salesforce space.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in all implementation phases and be responsible for direct client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. You will work closely with the Client team, Verndale Project Manager, and CPQ Lead Engineer to interpret and document client goals and ultimately enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements of our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Interview client stakeholders to understand and document their business problems and subsequently translate them into solution requirements.
  • Guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to design elegant, innovative solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality.
  • Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce projects, providing detailed tasks with level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulating the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platforms and products, ensuring a high-quality outcome.
  • Draft custom development specifications and drive the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resources, providing hands-on collaboration and expert-level technical assistance.
  • Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions, providing expertise during sales efforts to inform solutions and estimate the technical level of effort.
  • Promote thought leadership through different mediums, such as publishing, public speaking, and client presentations.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7+ years of CRM industry experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • At least 4 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, with a strong understanding of its features and limitations.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of CPQ experience, with a proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Excellent client-facing, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An active Salesforce certification or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.

Compensation & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
