Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant to drive solution architecture in sales pursuits, be a trusted client advisor, and ensure consistent delivery for clients in the Salesforce space. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Lead Engineer to interpret and document client goals, ultimately enabling the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce projects, providing expert-level guidance to developers.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance to developers, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered, meeting client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.
- Contribute to sales efforts by informing solutions and estimating the technical level of effort, helping to secure new business opportunities.
- 7+ years of CRM industry experience, with a strong background in Salesforce platform development.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to uncover business processes and procedures, and develop tailored solutions.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth.
