Job Summary

We're looking for a Sales Stylist to join our team at Levi's Square One. As a Sales Stylist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the store's success
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Levi's products, including features, benefits, and styling options
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store looks its best at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
  • Comply with Levi's Stores cash handling guidelines and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and basic device troubleshooting
