About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Caregiver to join our team at Jojo Velasco Tayag. As a Family Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing supportive home care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with errands and shopping, ensuring they have access to essential items and services.
  • Home Safety and Security: Ensure the home is safe and secure, taking steps to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid CPR Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in Tagalog is an asset.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Availability: Availability to work 35 hours per week.
