Customer Success Manager

BusPlanner is building a world-class Client Services practice that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world of school bus transportation. We are looking for talented and passionate professionals to join our journey as Customer Success Managers.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead implementation projects across our suite of software solutions and work directly with transportation directors, route planners, and other users to deliver product training and presentations. You will also become a trusted industry and product expert to train your clients and lead them through change management.
You will be responsible for collecting and relaying client requirements to the technical and product teams, as well as assisting our Product Support Specialists in providing support to clients on a variable shift schedule. A proven track record of success and progression in prior relevant roles is required.
