UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will craft human-centered experiences that help achieve business objectives, giving a voice to our customers by leveraging user-centric design practices and being an advocate for data-driven design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting engaging digital features and functionality that translate user needs and business requirements.
  • Participating in creative brainstorming with other UX/UI Designers and product teams.
  • Assessing and optimizing feature performance with customers, analytics, and design research.
  • Working across cross-functional agile teams to design customer experiences and internal processes.
  • Leveraging and interpreting Design System libraries and design guidelines while advocating for improvements.
  • Creating all assets to effectively conceptualize, communicate, and deliver the user experience.
  • Presenting work to various stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Available to work with us 35 hours per week for a specified period.
  • Available to work from the office 2 days a week and 3 days from home.
  • Must be returning to school in Winter 2025 following the internship.
  • Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC product family, and customer experience mapping tools.
  • Creative skills, participation in brainstorm sessions.
  • Autonomy and a good sense of responsibility.
  • Facilitating activities with groups.
  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English).
