Bkom is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our UX/UI team, you will work closely with production teams to design and implement user-centered experiences for our applications and video games.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and plan UX processes and initiatives on new and existing projects
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and create documentation to help other departments understand the UX vision
- Make data-driven decisions through research and testing
- Work closely with UI Designers to create high-quality user-friendly interfaces
- Participate in the internal development of the UX practice by educating and knowledge-sharing with fellow UX designers and others
- At least 5-8 years of related experience
- Understanding of the full game production pipeline and release of at least 2 game titles
- Passion for video game culture
- Solid knowledge of UX processes and ability to integrate into the production process
- Empathetic, good communicator, able to articulate design decisions, and present/document work
- Open and curious mind, continuously looking for new trends and innovation in the area of expertise
- Team player, proactive, and positive
- Autonomous and resourceful
- Extremely organized and enjoy a variety of projects
- Thrives off research, data, and information from users
- Welcome all feedback and open to giving opinion without imposing a vision
