Food Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sushi J. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost control and financial reporting.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of food and other supplies.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance to inform business decisions.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
