Job Title: Commercial Insurance Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and educate clients on insurance products
  • Take ownership of client relationships
  • Help grow our presence and profile in the local community
  • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
Requirements:
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • Bonus: 2-3 years of commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience
