Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Store Associate, you will:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide information on merchandise, prices, and promotions
  • Process daily shipments and maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
  • Provide excellent customer service while processing refunds, exchanges, and purchases
  • Assist with Fitting Room duties and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity

Hourly range: $17.40 - $18.40 per hour*

* This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position.
