Job Title: Nurse Aide

Foyer Bois Joli inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide high-quality patient care and support in our healthcare facility. As a Nurse Aide, you will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Assist with patient transfers and mobility, using proper lifting and transfer techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including their rooms and common areas.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
