About the Role

BINX Professional Cleaning is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Experienced Cleaning Team Lead to join our growing organization.

Job Summary

This role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, training new staff members, and ensuring that our high standards are met. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or management position within the cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning tasks according to schedule
  • Train and develop new employees to ensure they meet BINX's quality standards
  • Maintain the upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products, addressing repairs or replacements as needed
  • Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a cleaning-related role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
  • Valid G driver's license and own vehicle with insurance
  • Clean Criminal Record and availability to work weekdays and weekends, including evening shifts
Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance. Additionally, we provide annual shoe and uniform allowances, cell phone allowance, and vehicle allowance.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - 50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
