Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically fit Painter to work on various projects, including interior and exterior surface finishing. The ideal candidate will have experience with painting, wallpapering, and other surface finishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation
    • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
    • Apply primer and paint to surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Painting and Finishing
    • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
    • Use airless spray equipment, brush painting, and other techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience
    • Operate airless spray equipment, multi-ratio pump spraying, and other specialized equipment.
  • Testing and Quality Control
    • Use moisture gauges and thermometers to ensure surfaces are ready for painting.
  • Surface Finishing Specialization
    • Apply urethane coatings, dip surfaces, and perform other specialized finishing techniques.
  • Wall Covering Specialization
    • Install wallpaper, vinyl, fabrics, and other wall coverings.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors or in confined spaces.
    • Be physically fit and able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities
    • Have excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
    • Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a related field.
