Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Go2STAFFING. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of processes and procedures that enhance communication and workflow between the front office and the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and update ERP data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and optimize production.
  • Support various tasks and projects aimed at improving overall operational efficiency and optimizing production within the facility.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct quality control, and identify production or material issues.
  • Escalate issues to the Plant Manager and Production Team as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Support function for the Senior Engineering Designer.
  • Review work orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Check drawings for correctness.
  • Review inventory levels for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review shipping pick lists for accuracy and completeness.
  • Revise and update ERP data; create processes/procedures for inputting future data where necessary.
  • Oversee the SCAF (Sub Contractor Agreement Form) process.
  • Analyze the current raw materials management systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support, coaching, and implementation assistance for new production initiatives as required.
