Job Title: Project ManagerJob Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the update of ERP data and developing and implementing processes and procedures to enhance communication and workflow between the front office and the plant. This role involves supporting various tasks and projects aimed at improving overall operational efficiency and optimizing production within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Engineering Designer in reviewing work orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Check drawings for correctness and review inventory levels for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review shipping pick lists for accuracy and completeness and revise and update ERP data as necessary.
  • Oversee the SCAF process and analyze the current raw materials management systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support, coaching, and implementation assistance for new production initiatives as required.
  • Perform duties and tasks in other departments as required under the direction of the Management team.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data management.
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
