Le technicien de contrôle de qualité est chargé de soutenir le gestionnaire de l'assurance qualité dans l'assurance que les exigences du système de qualité sont respectées et maintenues. Ce rôle aide à fournir à la direction de l'information qui est utilisée par la direction de l'usine et de l'entreprise pour déterminer si le système qualité est adéquat et fonctionne comme prévu.
Responsabilités Clés- Exécuter la dosimétrie et la réconciliation de routine
- Effectuer des études de densité sur les produits des clients et compléter les diagrammes de charge applicables
- Exécuter la calibration des instruments utilisés dans les systèmes de sécurité et de dosimétrie
- Rédiger et exécuter les CAPA, les déviations et les déficiences
- Aider le gestionnaire de l'AQ dans toutes les activités pertinentes pour les audits clients et réglementaires
- Aider le coordinateur de validation dans les validations et les calibrations
- Autres tâches de QA/Validation assignées
- Effectuer l'examen du lot et la libération du certificat
- Fournir un soutien de secours au gestionnaire de l'AQ dans diverses fonctions
- Aider avec d'autres tâches assignées par le superviseur
- Baccalauréat en sciences (physique, chimie ou biologie)
- Minimum un (1) an d'expérience de travail dans un environnement BPF sous la réglementation GUI-0001 et/ou ISO 13485
- Doit être compétent à l'aide d'un ordinateur et être en mesure d'analyser les données dans une base de données/feuille de calcul avec Excel
Doit être bilingue en français et en anglais
