About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Professional to join our team at Alio Health Services. In this role, you will provide in-home support to our patients, working independently to schedule appointments and organize patient visits.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer in-home infusions and injections, providing educational training and supervision as needed.
  • Perform phlebotomy and complete required charting in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments directly with patients or designated caregivers.
  • Complete visits at the patient's home or other approved locations.
  • Provide follow-up care as needed and report any adverse events within 24 hours.
  • Fulfill other duties as required for the position.


Requirements:

  • Valid RN or RPN license in Ontario.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on, post-graduation, nursing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Established home office with computer, internet connection, and mobile phone.
  • Valid driver's license and insured car.
