Senior Analyst - Assortment & Space Planning

At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Assortment and Space Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deploy process improvements across our Assortment and Space Planning team to drive business growth and efficiency.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of core business processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and drive project execution.
  4. Present findings and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  3. Experience working with large datasets and developing business intelligence solutions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Education in computer science, engineering, or business, with a focus on analytics and data science.
