Talent Acquisition Specialist

Corporate Health Canada is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within the organization.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making recommendations.
- You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that we find the best fit for each role.
- You will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to reach a diverse pool of candidates, including traditional and innovative methods.
- You will maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview results, and other relevant data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conducting phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates and tracking their progress throughout the hiring process.
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of candidates and the overall recruitment process.
- Collaborating with HR teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- A college or university degree or at least two years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using computers, the internet, Microsoft Office, and electronic spreadsheets.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is $20-$22 per hour, based on industry standards and the location of the position.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift.
