Program Manager - Community Housing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Community Housing program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise program staff, providing ongoing training and supervision to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent services.
  • Liaise with funding agencies, therapeutic teams, and clients to ensure effective case planning and client progress.
  • Develop and implement program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain accountability standards, ensuring compliance with licensing, pharmacy regulations, and CARF standards.
  • Facilitate the work of the Occupational Health and Safety committee, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Complete departmental reports, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • University or master's level education in a related field.
  • Recent related experience of three years or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to use computer software, including MS Office, email, and internet.
  • Class 5 BC driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to follow direction and instruction.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent position with Cheshire Homes Society of BC.
