Job Title: Senior Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.

About the Role:
  • As a Senior Retail Sales Manager, you will be accountable for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • You will lead a team of 1-2 people and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  2. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  3. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.

Requirements:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience working in a retail business environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
