About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our team at ITPS (Canada) Ltd. as a key member of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Systems Development and Integration
    • Develop and conduct computer simulations of aerospace vehicles, systems, and components to optimize performance and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate complex aerospace systems.
  • Test and Evaluation
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute ground and flight tests of aircraft and spacecraft to validate system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and reports, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering, with a strong background in systems integration, vehicle development, and test and evaluation.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
