Job Title: IT Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that support our company's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or IT
  • 8-10 years of experience in ERP systems, digital transformation, and team management
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and security
  • Visionary and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in process optimization
  • Excellent organizational skills and bilingual in French and English
