Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing IT team by providing training, coaching, and evaluation opportunities.
  • Promote company values and culture within the IT department.
  • Support cross-functional teams in technology integration and process optimization.
  • Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in ERP systems, digital transformation, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and process optimization.
  • Visionary thinking, creativity, and strategic leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will also enjoy a full-time permanent position, flexible hours for work-life balance, comprehensive insurance, telemedicine access, an employer-contributed retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, and referral bonus of $2000.
