Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest purchasing experiences.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly training efforts for Guest Advisors.
  • Present purchase options to guests.
  • Monitor and manage Guest Advisor lead pipelines using Dealer Socket CRM tools.
  • Drive traffic into the dealership by scheduling appointments with Guest Advisors.
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base and referral network.
  • Maintain focus on customer experience and pursue high CXI results.
  • Develop expert knowledge of products and accessories.

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive experience required.
  • Previous client support experience is required.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for building client relationships and creating business opportunities.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
  • Coachable and open to continuous learning and development.
  • Effective negotiator and possess a great deal of professionalism.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite proficiency.
  • Valid VSA License preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.
