About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Millwright to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment parts.
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action to eliminate equipment failures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and procedures.
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic Trade 433A Certificate/License.
  • High School diploma.
  • +2 years of experience as a line mechanic in packaging/processing/millwright position.
Work Environment

This is a night shift position with a premium hourly rate.
