Financial Operations Manager

Xentek is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT consulting division, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain financial control systems
- Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns
- Monitor financial control systems to identify areas for improvement
- Manage contracts and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
- Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management on financial matters
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
