Financial Operations Manager

Xentek is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Design and manage investment strategies
- Monitor financial control systems
- Manage contracts
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management
- Oversee payroll administration
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and efficient with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Health care plan

- 40 hours per week
