About the Role

Frostgrove Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our landscape maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Utilize your knowledge of horticulture to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
  • Cut Grass: Ensure lawns are well-manicured and look their best.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our clients and their families.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Enhance the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces with new plantings.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Provide our clients' plants with the necessary nutrients for optimal growth.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure our clients' outdoor spaces receive the necessary care and attention.
  • Tree Removal: Safely remove trees and branches to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
Work Environment

Frostgrove Inc. is a fast-paced environment that requires our team members to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. As a Landscape Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Site Environment: You will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: You will be working in a landscape maintenance environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and perform manual labour tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: You must be a team player, punctual, and hardworking.
