We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Representative to join our team at EAST LAKE WINE & SPIRITS. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on wine and spirits products
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Adaptability, hardworking, positive attitude, flexibility, organized, team player, and client focus

Work Environment:

  • Liquor and wine store
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
