Chief Technology and Cyber Risk Management Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Risk and Technology Advisor to join our Technology, Cyber and Data Risk Management team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us identify and mitigate technology and cybersecurity risks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Relationships and Build Trust: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business lines, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on technology and cyber risk management.
- Perform Due Diligence Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of technology and cyber risk assessments of projects, products, and sectors carried out by the first line of defence.
- Second Line of Defence Expert: Provide expert advice on technology and cyber risk management when assessing suppliers involved in developing new projects or products.
- Action Plan Oversight: Oversee the definition and resolution of action plans and exceptions related to assessments.
- Practice Development: Manage the development and maintenance of technology and cyber risk management practices.
- Tool Development: Help build tools to assess the technology and cyber risks of projects and products developed by the Bank.
- Reporting and Analysis: Consolidate information and indicators for business line quarterly reports in collaboration with the person on the team responsible for producing them.
- Problem Anticipation and Resolution: Anticipate problems and difficult situations and take the necessary measures to resolve them.
You will be part of a large, 5-person team in the Technology, Cyber and Data Risk Management sector, reporting to a Senior Manager of technology, data and cyber risk management. Our team is known for its expertise in providing support to IT and cyber teams.

Requirements- University Degree and Experience: A university degree and at least 10 years of experience in technology and/or cybersecurity risk management.
- Knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity Governance: Knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity governance in large-scale organizations.
- Expertise in Technology and Cyber Risk: Considerable expertise in technology and cyber risk, solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud, DevSecOps, management of obsolescence/technical debt, RPA (robotic process automation), DR, resilience, networks, and AI (artificial intelligence).
- Cybersecurity and IT Certifications: Cybersecurity and IT certifications.
- Personal Integrity and Judgement: A high level of personal integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner and to demonstrate an appropriate level of judgement and maturity.
