We're looking for a skilled Consumer Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at P&C, you'll:

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and serve as an effective account lead across multiple accounts
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving 360 media landscape and foster relationships with relevant media and influencers
  • Oversee all media & influencer relations, pitch effectively, and deliver exceptional program results
  • Develop creative program ideas and manage events with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage & reconcile large program budgets effectively, ensuring accurate billing of time and hard costs
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical and creative writing
  • Mentor and provide clear direction/support to junior team members
  • Participate in new business pitches

About you:

  • A postgraduate degree in public relations, marketing communications, journalism, business, or a similar background
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience working with lifestyle and corporate accounts/clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical and creative writing
  • Strong media relations skills and relationships, with a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects within established deadlines
