Safety-Focused Leader
The Transportation Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring safe operations within a territory or terminal. This entry-level front line supervisor position is responsible for meeting CN's service commitments by managing train departures and operations. The incumbent must learn the operation and organize the territory to ensure efficient and compliant performance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Attend Front Line Supervisor Development Programs to understand organizational rules and regulations.
  2. Coach and train unionized employees on safe and productive work procedures.
  3. Build safety compliance through regular observations and provide feedback to subordinates.

About You
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager with industrial work experience demonstrating progression of responsibility and complexity in a safety-compliant environment. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required. Certifications such as Certified Conductor or Locomotive Engineer are considered an asset.
